Two decades ago, Larry McKain saw a need few others saw and went to work crafting a solution nobody asked him for.  The result was a system for training and coaching church planters that over the next 8 years would impact 5,400 leaders in 25 denominations.  Several USA districts have something in common: large, multiplying churches whose planters were trained and coached by Larry.  Now he is at it again, having identified a need almost nobody sees and having spent hundreds of hours crafting a solution nobody asked him for.  I expect that 20 years from now, the results will once again speak for themselves.
