PASTOR COHORTS

The core values of MULTIPLYNAZ are relationships, reproducing, resources and renewal. Just like our spiritual father John Wesley learned, we believe that small groups and pastors cohorts are key to building and sustaining movements.

We understand we can learn and grow into all God wants us to be when we intentionally build the right relationships, are committed to reproducing leaders, identify the right resources and regularly experience renewal. As pastors, we hunger to break out of the status quo. We seek out like-minded leaders who share our values of being part of a spiritual movement. We are committed to leading a healthy Nazarene church that multiplies leaders.

We have a never-ending commitment to improvement, learning, collaboration and networking. Church Partners who work with MULTIPLYNAZ voluntarily come together in monthly cohorts around common values and resources, with a deep desire to move forward. No one pastor is the leader of the cohort. We are brothers and sisters together; we have one Teacher (Matthew 23:8) and we all sit at His feet to learn (Luke 10:42). In our collaboration through pastor cohorts, we practice shared leadership — each pastor takes responsibility in turn to facilitate the cohort.
