RAND COHORT COVENANT

Covenant to be transparent and accountable around the 10 Questions.
Covenant to pray regularly for one another in the cohort.
Covenant to create a safe atmosphere in the cohort built upon trust and confidentiality.
Covenant to commit to your own Research and Development through purchasing and reading/viewing at least one assigned resource per topic throughout the length of the cohort (approximate cost of $200).
Covenant to accurately measure worship attendance and to pray and strive for the Lord of the Harvest’s increase.
Covenant to make this cohort a highest priority, not missing any of the 18 agreed upon iClasses.
Covenant to secure a motion from your Church Board that you participate fully in the RAND Project. The motion should include not only your participation in the iClass Cohort, but also empowerment for you to select your own Cohort of 5-6 leaders from your Local Church which will meet under your facilitation as you mirror the same procedure, timing, and content of training that you have received.
Covenant that if the Lord blesses your ministry with growth, you will recruit and facilitate your own iClass Cohort of pastors. This is a commitment to freely pass on that which you have received using the same procedures, timing, and content that we have learned together; thereby organically reproducing the impact of the RAND Project movement until we can ultimately influence every Nazarene Church in the USA and Canada toward Vibrant Church Renewal.
